Yeah, but it would have to be a permanent solution. I know NWM is fascist now but I did say I would support them from the very start, and I intend to keep my word.

How about this? We disarm him 35% of his military, I will send advisors to assist him repair the instability and corruption, and finally, you do not become involved in Westmore. I am open to compromise.

35%, no navy ship bigger than a corvette. You don’t need to worry about advisors as I intend to send a big ole’ check of cash to them to help repair their Serkin territory. This can also be done after the war with NWM.

2 Destroyers, if for nothing else than Coast Guard Search and Rescue operations. They are key pieces of S&R. I will still send advisors to grow Volinovian relations w/ Arov. Will this secure peace for the time being?

I'll elaborate a bit on this. Are destroyers or corvettes bigger? If destroyers are bigger, I'd like to keep the destroyers but hand over all my bigger ships to you for free.
