Seems that the moment I so much as even think of developing the square inch of land outside of my house a thousand native tribes come up singing woes upon me of how I'm desecrating their ancestors and whatever.

If you go to page=settings, at the dropdown that is beside "Issues" you can pick No Throttle, but I still think that even that has a six hour delay unfortunately.
