Answer issues that allow more personal freedoms... Even if it seems like a bad idea in real life. It's not like what you do effects the nation.. Unless it's something major like instituting socialism or allowing abortion. That's gonna effect your nation and change not just stats but policies. So if it doesn't seem to effect policies, seems very economically insignificant, just do it. I started from red and now I'm in the green, it takes time

Basically this, when I do rp stuff I have a convoluted parliament similar to the United Kingdom. They do the electing from the nobility.
