The Inevitable Iuno Issue

The Tzar says while sitting down in an armchair. The fireplace crackles in front of him. He folds up his newspaper, and sets it down.
«Мне следует просто»… He stops as a servant comes to retrieve the cold tea pot on the table next to him.
«Спасибо, можешь принести мне бумагу и ручку»? The Tzar asks.
«Конечно, Ваше Императорское Величество». The servant says as he performs a small bow.
In Constantinople
A Reberish officer with a rather imposing stature has arrived at the reception area of the Imperial Palace, he requests permission to deliver a letter to the Dominatrix
Amicii Rebericae
A Varangian of similar imposing stature wearing his Imperial Regalia and Armour walks towards the Reberish Officer and salutes
"Wilcuma tō Constantīnopolim Officer, The Dominatrix has accepted your request, I will escort you to the throne room, please follow me."
Kal speaks back, identifying the reference.
"Garden Industries itself is enough to overcome and overshadow any masterpieces of science fiction, perhaps I should set you up with one." He says while being handed a near-transparent Leskah Pad.
Kay sits down beside her husband, as a robot pours black tea into several Plaguetopian cups, almost looking like they were made of interlocking bone.
"On the topic of Empire and War. The Imperium as a whole would be willing to organize a new Lignuntian state, but the topic of tribute in exchange for our bureaucracy is what intrigues us. I remember earlier you mentioned raw material as an example. If you could elaborate that would be of immense value, both to Us and Thedroporia."
Kay turned her hand to flick on a hidden camera, broadcasting back to the war room in Thedroporia, where a select number of staff were watching the interaction.
Riano Goslingo sits there elegantly sipping his tea in a sophisticated position.
He laughs charismatically "I'd much like that, I'm always one to indulge in new technologies of the finest craft."
He notices the strange nature of the mugs, different to his usual cheap ceramic ones.
"Indeed, We can Provide the Imperium with raw material like Precious Ores, Oil, Diamonds and all things of that manner, would that interest Thedroporia?"
The officer follows, with the letter in his hand. The letter is in a manila envelope with a golden falcon on it.
Finally the Waergenga approaches the Throne Room, knocking and asking in Latin with a noticable Saxon Accent "Praesens est officiālis Reberensis, possumusne intrare, maiestas?"
She replies "Sinc" and alas they enter, the Varangian bows and presents the Officer and steps back, allowing him to bow and do his thing.
The Dominatrix sits on her throne with her very Myzantine Looking Crown and jewellery, awaiting the Reberish Officer to announce himself.
Kal Laughs, speaking more plainly as he taps away on his device. Riano would be able to see him scrolling through the Garden Industry website.
"Indulging in technology is a satisfying experience, The DAEL Series of androids have been best-selling for several years. I'm sure an eligible bachelor such as yourself would be interested, I tried to buy one for my dear daughter but that only resulted in breaking the warranty. Much like your speech, I would hope you are more careful than most in your indulgence. Especially in ardor"
Taking the mugs in a leather glove, Kay takes gentle sips through her purple lips. It was obvious to anyone who looked at her that she had low blood oxygen.
"Thedropor has specific interests Mr Goslingo, Ore is one of those. If we managed to procure a certain, high, percentage of annual production than the administration would be likely to Invest heavily in a Lignuntian Future. So yes, ore would interest Thedroporia."
She paused, thinking, 'How far can I push this?' before setting down the mug
"But ore is not nearly enough assurance for continued assisted development, If your state would be willing, a joint tribute of Ore and Oil would be adequate to permit a developmental relationship in Lignuntias favor."
The officer bows. “Your Majesty, Dominatrix Augustina, I present an important message from the Tzar.” He says with a distinct Reberish accent before presenting the envelope to her.
Goslingo see's that she's pushing it, rather strangely, because Oil and Ore were both part of the proposal.
"Indeed Madame, The Republic is willing to provide Ore and Oil for Plaugetopian Sponsorship, you will certainly find all you need within our nation."
He sips his tea again, really liking how it tastes and disregarding the strange occult looking mug.
She is intrigued and raises her hand in a regal fashion "From the Tzar himself, I am most interested, I will read this with great attention."
Harold Godwinson takes the letter from the Reberish Officer and passes it to the Dominatrix, she grabs a ornate letter opener and opens it, applying her reading glasses and scanning every word.
Kay continues to sip on her tea, sitting more comfortably now.
"Well Natural wealth is what spurs development, so the Imperium would be more than willing to sponsor in exchange for a continual flow of these resources,
She sipped again, before receiving a small buzzing in her arm, an E-signal from Thedroporia to a hidden Diode. Five Buzzes, standing for 'Mission Accomplished' She smiled, barely, but she did smile.

Upon this day that shall be held forever in high regard in both Silvarusian and Dùnachronian history, Tsar Sigilus XIV and Alistair Drakonheart met in Moscovia this morning and signed a treaty that officially, would unite the two nations into one: The Commonwealth of Akaliska. Though the full process is not quite fully finished yet, as much is still to be done, legally and nationally both nations have agreed to this union and recognize it as a unified entity.

He smiles "It is of the most wonderous taste, it's refreshing to see a fellow culture that values tea as opposed to Coffee." he says happily and refreshed.
He then strokes his chin
"Tell me Madame, in exchange for our Natural Wealth, how can Plaugetopia Aid Lignuntia, to make it something truly better and truly powerful as a small power?"
Shortly after the unification of the two nations, Akaliska detects this message, and confused by the unknown origin, sends a response...
"You have reached the Foreign affairs office of Moscovia, Akaliska. Please identify yourself and the purpose of this message..."

There is a pause, clearly the name is meant to have some form of impact.

She reads the letter carefully and feels a sense of newfound confidence and understanding, She feels more confident having Reberish Backing against the Belgian Legioners, she also feels embarrassed and weak for not containing the situation better, she considers the argument and then says to the Officer.
"My good man, Tell the Caesar that I will follow suit with his plan and the National Army will readied to enter into Iuno alongside Reberish Forces, I will charter a message to the Blackwatch letting them know that I no longer recognise their Agreement because I concur; it certainly was a mistake, Iuno is for the Iunans and the Iunans Only."
She then authorises this in a letter with the Myzantine Double Headed Eagle as the stamp with inside written "By Decree of Dominatrix Augustina, Ruler of the Iunans, Warden of Lignuntia and devotee of Christ the King.
He sighs and relents "Fine... If in the mutual interest of Laudican defence then I accept your offer, but any funny business and I'll have this deal shut down!"
This unification sends out alarm bells in Mosteria as this is viewed as a challenge to the Mosterians. Mobilization is put into effect for security measures as a message is sent west-word via letter...

The letter stunned the former Tsar to the core. Surely this, must be some sort of cruel jest?... No, backing down in this situation would, be going against the very purpose of Akaliska. No.
The letter sent back states the following:
"I apologize for the perceived threat to Mosteria that our unification apparently poses to Mosteria, however we have no plans for altering the unification process as per this date, and will not alter in in this case. And if you ask, yes, it is 6:00pm."
Near Iuno
10,000 Reberish soldiers mass outside Iuno along with many Reberish tanks.
The scientists promptly enter the car.
