Opinion of the Hegemony, Equestria, and any related IA nations would collapse, and after ensuring that the message conceding to Equestria was sent, the Hyperborean state completely terminated diplomatic relations with the Hegemonic powers, withdrew embassies, and cut off all economic and political ties. Not that it mattered anyway. The GVP, who openly called for the transformation of the Imperial Federation into a fascist dictatorship that would sever all relations with the Hegemonic-IA bloc and instead opt for friendlier relations with both the Oranics and the Imperium, gained massive political popularity overnight, and in the upcoming elections the GVP would be projected to sweep both the State Duma and the Mirgrad Soviet.
