The Regional Capitalist Alliance (RCA) is a broad capitalist party that seeks to defend and represent the capitalist community of the region.
The main goal is to support capitalist in the region, but to also advocate for democracy and anti-socialism.

Party Structure
Party Leader - The Party Leader is the nation that leads the political discussions within the party and is in charge of coordinating with other parties within the region. The Party Leader is elected through a general election with party members. The nation elected can appoint their Chief Adviser and Head of Communications. They are also responsible for coordinating with the WA Delegate when necessary.

Chief Adviser - The Chief Adviser is the Party Leader's second in command. The Chief Adviser has the responsibility of taking the Party Leader's roles when the nation elected to that position is unavailable or when the seat is vacant. When the Party Leader is present, the Chief Adviser is responsible for advising the Party Leader on issues with other party members and if they feel that the Party Leader is going in the wrong direction with their actions or in a discussion. The position is not elected, but rather is appointed by the Party Leader.

Head of Communications - The Head of Communications is a Party Leader appointed position that is in charge of all communications to other parties and the region itself. The nation appointed has the responsibility of recording major happenings within the party in factbook(s) and/or other publicly accessible forms of writing. The nation appointed is encouraged to communicate with representatives from other parties in order to establish friendly ties and share information.

Regional Positions:
Branches of Government- the RCA believes in empowering the parliament as the foremost governing force in the government, with the prime minister held very accountable to the wishes of the parliament. The RCA also believes in a forum for non-parliament members to express their opinions.

Executive Orders and the Veto- The RCA, as stated above, believes in restriction the prime minister's power, but is open to the prime minister's opinions on matters and will consider them. And of course, any decree made by Yodle will be perceived as final.

Residency and Citizenship- The RCA supports a 14 day residency requirement for parliament membership, a 40 day residency for government positions other than prime minister, and a 60 day residency for prime minister. Citizenship should be gained after 10 days, also requiring a background check on previous regions the nation has resided in and their political positions (if they are fascist, racist, sexist, homophobic, etc.).

Voting Rights- The RCA supports voting rights for all nations excluding puppets, and supports a code of conduct strike if a puppet is found voting. The RCA wishes to make parliament membership easily accessible, only requiring citizenship and the aforementioned 14 day period. Discord should also be less prioritized for parliament matters, as some nations may not have access to Discord or may not be active on it. Any nation that is caught doing any form of voter fraud should receive two code of conduct strikes and should be banned from voting for 6 months, as well as being barred from running for any position in office. Keeping voting free and fair is the most basic part of democracy and should be guarded at all costs.

Regional Court- The RCA believes in a strong, independent court, with marginal oversight from parliament to make sure the court stays free and fair.

Foreign Policy- The RCA seeks to develop relations with current embassies, but to also expand our reach to non-socialist regions that may share similar views.

Regional Roleplay- The RCA believes that roleplay is very flawed. It is forced to stay in a forum that is easily forgettable, and is constantly dominated by larger nations. So, the RCA seeks to instead establish a new region for regional roleplay, as that would be a lot easier to keep track of, while also keeping the RMB less cluttered with roleplay. The RCA supports a radical change to the roleplay rules, setting 600 scientific advancement as the new limit for the amount of technology a nation can have, as well as setting a military cap at 50 million active personnel and 10 million reserves to better allow new nations to be able to stand up to more established nations. The RCA also supports cracking down on AI-generated roleplay, restricting AI use to ideas and art only. Roleplay moderators will also be empowered to hand out special punishments for troublemakers in roleplay, like barring them from roleplay for a few days, or even, in extreme cases, removing their nation from roleplay all together. The RCA also believes code of conduct strikes for roleplay are not necessary.

Interpartisanship- The RCA supports the destruction of partisanship in the parliament at all costs, encouraging all parties to work together.

Socialism and interactions with Socialist parties- The RCA stands opposed to socialism, believing it to be a threat to democracy and a danger to a nation's economy. While the RCA will, of course, work with the socialist parties, the primary goal is to support capitalism and oppose socialism.
