Embassy offers will be accepted shortly
Need to transition this region from my Oracle List to my Matrix List.
It takes me awhile to transition one of my Oracle Regions to my Matrix Regions List.
An Oracle region only has two embassies creating a line of regions connected from Double Funky 7 to Country of God (currently this line is 1652 regions long)
A Matrix region is open to any embassy offer, as it has more than 230 embassies and other than United States of America and Ancient Lands are not represented on the Embassy Oracle List.
This is a 0000 Puppet Storage Region.
Now I jut have to wait until the next update before I start accepting embassy offers. The wait is to allow my Oracle Embassies to close before the Matrix embassies are accepted.
Transition continues.

I have noticed a few things about your region:
1) It seems your activity rate is very low.
2) You don't have a strong WA delegate.
because of these, you may find yourself an easy target for raiding regions. However, there is a simple solution. If you are interested, please quote this message in the comments section.

To reply to that bit of spam:
1. Activity rate is good for a puppet storage region
2. WA Delegate? Did not know that we had one.
- A.) I never give the delegate in any of my regions any authority (at least not the office of delegate)
- That still is spam in my books, but not so much that it requires any action
- Seconds ago:
The State of Shancai revoked posting privileges on the Chan Nations Regional Message Board from nations in embassy regions.
Realized that this region does not require that feature to be turned on.
Most of these small regions don't.
