Quing Nara will presume its nuclear program, involving the increase of its national stockpile of WMD's and for defensive purposes; such as its anti-ballistic defense program, cyber-security, and communal bunkers.
Chairman Lao plans on expanding its arsenal size five times its original quantity.
OOC: Lol. You're coming off a bit upset idk maybe it's just me but I can reveal it all now I suppose. Calm with me. I wasn't actually expecting you to try and get the issue to get rid of the nuclear policy. I've played the came long enough to know how long waiting for a particular issue can take so I wasn't really expecting that of you. If it did, meh it's just a game everything comes back around anyway. But I was wanting to do a thing with this where if you said yes then President Smith looks great in Volohk and all that a good bit of the people are happy, blah blah blah and we get Senator Weyland all angry and is plotting bad stuff. If ya said no then President Smith looks even worse than she already does and Weyland gains political clout and eventually Smith gets voted out and Weyland gets elected. Well Weyland is angry because his son was killed during the Optus Bay thing and so has it out for Quing Nara or whatever.
I knew Vostag had converted over to all fusion that one time and I figured you'd go digging for something all paranoid like so I figured maybe you would see that so I added clause 3 which worked out really well for the story because I could make it something Weyland worked really hard to get President Smith to agree to. But yeah if Weyland got in there he was gonna be all sneaky or whatever. Hadn't planned all that out in THAT much detail but it is what it is.
Then I responded to your post then when I posted my response you had apparently edited it with that retconed deal between me and vostag which just confused the heck out of me because I thought that was long gone. That just ruined my "mojo flow" or whatever you wanna call it. That and with the OOC posts interruptting the IC posts which I dont like in RPs because it ruins the flow of em. I just decided to retcon things. No biggy. Just a game after all. Sorry if you feel like you waster your time but my time was wasted and so was everyone watching lol. But it's just a game so no big deal.
Oh and I wanted to break new RP ground cuz everyone and their dog goes the nukes route. Figured if a nation like mine and a nation like yours did it together could show that it's okay to not have WMDs. And also further with that trend all the Socialist nations tend to go the nuke route acting all paranoid that a non-communist nation will get them if they don't but it just ends up drawing more not good attention. So I was being pretty literal with the "break the cycle" and "start something new" stuff.

IC: "I am in fact a representative from Submetta, and you've heard me. Just to be clear to avoid confusion, Submetta is placing an embargo on Quing Nara. Until you disarm, we will keep the embargo on you. You are a tyrant, and you should not deserve the right to bare arms, and cause so much misery on the Volohk people."
SIC: The Hunnic rep leans over to the Hussarian rep and whispers; "What the heck is a a Quinn and a Submeat and why are these two workers from the food court rambling about it?"

IC: "I have never once heard of your country, and I wouldn't care if you embargoed us. It is futile, and I don't think you understand what an embargo is. I can tell Submetta is someone who leaches off of the BITO alliance for self defense, because by themselves, they are weak. I ponder if this would be a good example for the BITO alliance as a whole."
IC: The Sovern representative leans in between the other two reps, and offers hard liquor and cookies. "What sum'?"

SIC: The Hussarian representative whispers back: "The Quinn guy is part of H&Red Block or something... I think he does taxes or something? The other guy I think he may just work at the sub sandwich place in the food court. I don't know what they're on about though. The tax guy is trying to play like he's never met the sandwich guy because he botched his taxes or something would be my guess."

IC: Sir Galdis Moeare lights a cigar during the awful rambling, "Oh dear, this is too primitive for these formal meetings to be in motion. I pity."

IC: An elderly representative stands, "When did we start giving janitors rights?" he streaches, giving the representative from Mejicanas a middle finger, and some other rudely expressions. "First the Mejicans, and now the commies are b*tching, I say we let them sort it out in a brawl, or a hot dog eating contest, like in the good ol' days!"
SIC: "Shh" The Hunnic Rep says shushing the Sovern rep pointing at the SIC at the beginning of his sentences. He then grabs some cookies and offers the two reps some of his pretzels.
SIC: "Ah yeah that makes sense I guess. Is this some sort of life-action Hyperborean Soap-Opera or is it a domestic dispute that has spilled out of the cafeteria?"
IC: Chairman Lao throws a tomato at the Submettan representative. "There now ketchup to my level." Lao then dabs.

OOC: Kaiser Odinson, remembering he's taking part in an RP in Mu, gets up and fades away like a ghost from his chair leaving the Hyperborean Representative there to fend for himself.
IC: The Hyperborean Representative standing in for Kaiser Odinson in the assembly sits thinking to himself what he wants to have for lunch; "Do I want the BLT or the turkey club?" he thinks to himself before he sees Chairman Lao throw the tomato at which he signals to the sergeant at arms to take the Chairman Lao and the Submettan representative to separate rooms for them to calm down. He also tells them to confiscate any remaining produce from the assembly chambers. He also calls the janitorial staff to help clean up the Submettan representative.
