Last season I was rare, I can only guess it was because I had founded a region with all my friends, so I’ll probably get bumped down to an uncommon or common :(

I’m not to sure how its determined but I think that’s a fair guess, I’ve heard its how unique the region is, but to be honest I’ve seen what look like some relatively uninspired legendaries so that can’t be the only factor if it is one.

So, I've been thinking. Beyond me posting WA votes here on the RMB I was never really able to interact to a high degree, mostly keeping to myself. Right now I'm at work, because it's 1:30pm my time, but in an hour and a half I get out. Being in the WA and having a lot of endos (influence) is a big factor. Population, stats, badges, and easter eggs also factor. Having authored an issue or WA resolution also moves you into a higher category.
