A Sharp Retaliation

With these recent threats, you would think Stacy would back down, but clearly you don’t know her well. No, she would try to use this to her advantage. If anything, the threats gave her an idea. She suspects Chloe or Azalea is behind the threats to her, but she isn’t sure who. Because of this, she decides to attack Azalea, in order to escape any foreign controversy.
Stacy and her team create fake messages from Azalea, threatening Stacy and her family, and they are posted to the public. People now have mixed reactions. Some think they are fake, while others sympathize with Stacy and hate on Azalea. This angers Azalea, but also leaves her in a very difficult situation. After all, how can she prove that she never sent those messages?
Azalea looks at her computer, stuck, but she couldn’t give up. No, she had to fight back. Sending a photo of her sent emails, this should be enough proof. Azalea also points out on an online post that according to Stacy’s pictures, Azalea sent the messages directly, but that wouldn’t make sense, as that would be too risky. However, people will still believe Stacy over her. Unfortunately, Stacy had been very smart, making herself seem like the innocent victim in this situation with her own crimes.
Azalea is left with two options. For the first one, she could try to convince someone close to Stacy to expose her. That would be near impossible to complete, and much too risky. The second would be to post any evidence that she has of threats. However, this would not only break her promise of confidentiality with the scared politicians, but also endanger them even more. Now, Azalea was truly stuck. She cursed the politicians and journalists that were silenced but refused to speak out. They could end this. She was about to text Forrest Greenfield, when suddenly, federal banged the door open! Before Azalea could defend herself, she was handcuffed and shoved outside her apartment, greeting by a camera crew surrounding her with many questions and pictures.
Watching from his television, Forrest, among with any others, wonder if their last hope of freedom was silenced. Fingering with his evidence, not just from him but from others, Forrest wonders if it is time for him to be brave. His wife doesn’t think so, but many would benefit if Stacy was taken down. Then he has a breakthrough: he doesn’t need to be public. He just needs to make sure the government knows so she can be impeached. Contacting others in his situation, he prepares to send documents that will finally open the government’s eyes, that have been afraid to open before.

Azalea said something haunting to all Gold Miners, that stuck with all of them:

“It’s up to you, now, to end Stacy’s reign. Otherwise, she won, and she will continue to find ways to win. Trapping a sly snake just won’t do. You have to kill it for good.”

Keaton, all the way from Ebbot, just sits next to Chloe and sobs, devastated by what was happening to his sister and feeling absolutely hopeless.
