Basically orlannn runs a social credit system where everyone is rated by how loyal and useful to Orlan they are this weeds out disloyal people from succes while allowing more loyal people to thrive I came up with the idea when I was thinking about how people will betray a group they are in for example the nation for personal gain. My first idea was to create a soviet style new man but rather then being for communist goals it would be to increase loyalty to the nation.However I decided instead to co opt personal gain to blur the lines between it and group interests by rewarding people who contribute to the national cause and penalising those who don't.
