    • Represents the region in international negotiations and agreements on matters of mutual interest.
    • Promotes regional interests and fosters positive diplomatic relations with other entities.

4. Communications Officer (Media Relations Minister):

    • Leads the regional government's communication strategy and manages public relations.
    • Acts as the official spokesperson for the regional government, communicating policy decisions and announcements to the public.
    • Develops and implements communication strategies for public outreach and engagement.
    • May oversee regional communication channels.
