NOBLE REVOLT 10,000 STRONG.
A revolt led by a group of pardoned loyalists from the former Lord Protector's government was lit aflame three weeks prior under the banner of former Duchess Harlet Novalanda, the Duchess poised for a bureaucratic position promised by Slarol was abruptly ended when she and five other core conspirators began a large scale revolt from both loyalists and hired swords. The army estimated at ten thousand strong marched its way to Tango Fort, where 25,000 penal workers were taken to after mass arrests in the wake of the revolution. Workers there are on the road to constructing the soon-to-be-unveiled Tango Tractor Assembly Plant. An interception force of 3,000 strong, entrenched themselves along the main road forcing the revolting forces to attempt a lengthy detour.

Continuation of story one- Revolt crushed after battle of the Tango Fort & Silver Sword Falls.
After the denture forced upon the revolting forces, it gave Tango Fort guards and military units much-needed time to prepare formal defences, defending forces numbering just 5,000 strong thus a well-defendable plan was necessary to claim victory. This victory came with the entrapment of revolting forces, in total 3,500~ were captured, and all captured shall be added to the population of Tango Fort's penal workforce.

Bandits hanged in Conocu Town.
14 bandits of the notorious Redshoe gang were hanged in Conocu Town when the newly organized military planned and executed a false grain import operation, thus luring bandits in for an attack where instead they were met by officers of the law from Conocu Town's new Peoples Police force and military units. This event marks an important date for the state as Slarols War on Crime operations begin to be implemented in full force. Slraol was quoted praising local police in particular saying "It is great to see our people's police forces begin to take charge for the proletariat interests, and not of that of the wealthy and noble bloodlines."

Tango Fort penal units restart factory construction.
After the Revolt forces were crushed the government spared no time restarting the painstaking and frog-breaking construction of the Tango Tractor Assembly Plant, which is to be the second factory unveiled after the Valley Hold Locomotive & Oil Processing Plant is unveiled in one month's time.

Questions arise on the quality of soon-to-be Tango Tractor Assembly Plant's Machines of Agriculture.
Local farmers located in and around the Tango Tractor Assembly Plant's vicinity are set to be the first to trial the prototype tractors in aiding with agricultural activities. However, locals worry about the steam-powered nature of the MK1 Tractor prototype as the basic engine well easy to service and will last decades, is fuel hungry. Locals worry that water supplies plus coal and wood stores will deplete rapidly and question the plan altogether. Government officials reassure locals that the tractor is mealy a temporary measure and once a better understanding and grasp of petroleum engines are learnt from recovered books, and petroleum production begins, an MK1.2.0 model will replace all MK1 and MK1 variants. The MK1 prototype will be developed into the MK1.1.0 model for mass production once data from the prototype MK1 yields test results from the 200 or so farms that will be given MK1 models. The Tango Tractor Assembly Plant is set to open and complete all MK1 prototype models by the first half of the second and final year of Slarols Emergency Plan to Avert Famine.

Soviet Navy Founded to Escort Grain Shipments to the Marsh Isles of HombHoney.
After the collapse of the Lord Protector's government shipping lanes as well as fisheries collapsed due to the elimination of the corrupt capitalistic agrarian economy. With no economy to fuel seaside villages and hamlets began to fall into social and societal disarray, and inland towns formerly served by these fishing villages began to serve. In response the state began to open up its stored grain reserves, however, these desperate communities did not get the same as local fishing could sustain populations, with poverty ripe and frogs desperate piracy was reborn. In response, Slarol and his government funded the creation of the Soviet Naval Forces, in part hieing hundreds exclusively from these desperate seaside villages and hamlets, hieing the very pirates who days ago attacked grain shipments now as its protectors. This move in combination with the creation of State-run cooperatives levying fishing quotas has rebirthed the economy of these regions. Well, life has not returned to the quality these fisher-frogs are used too, the flow of soviet commerce is no doubt a glorious accomplishment from the state! It is purely a matter of time until the looming industrial people revolution uplifts even these small seaside hamlets into a new quality of life never seen before!
A special Soviet naval commerce stamp is said to be released in the coming months as the Soviet Postal service is brought to every city, town, village, and hamlet across the planet.

Emergency Plan so far Proving Successful.
The state is reporting information that the set-in-motion Emergency Plan to Avert Famine is remarkably successful, in fact, one month ahead of schedule, and that newspaper printing offices are being developed across the state under the supervision of the NPPBD to print our very newspaper with even greater speeds, and the creation of locally based newspaper prints. The spread of information is seemingly calming the populace as the winds of change and support of General Secretary Slarol are booming and blooming!

Slrarol says "Reach for the Stars."
General Secretary Slarol has stated that once the Emergency Plan is completed the state must focus its growing industrial might not only onto itself, but also to the space program. Slarol has set forth plans to decommission all three current spaceships in order to finally serve all connections to the former Lord Protector's Government. Slarol hopes to launch the state's first spaceship within 5-7 years time.
