yes, C.A.D. is unfortunately dead. It has been dead since the summer of 2022.
i'll most likely put the region on lockdown to prevent any raiders messing with the region. This will just be a little capsule of memories for former C.A.D. members, look at the RMB, smile, all that.

I've been living here for two years, but I've never seen you before or heard. Oh, maybe I do remember.
As for the lock down, it'll be sad. But when it happens maybe I'll binge reading back CAD discord messages.
