Region: The Cormorant Pact
For this year, we unintentionally didn't use the RMB, and we didn't have to switch regions for any nation. Amazing.
I think the reason we keep surviving each Z-Day is that we have a lot of puppets, so even if the rains in our country knock some of us off the internet (which it did to Weenusiwania), we still have enough nations to cure.
