Region: Sao Tome e Principe
The official flag for the rl nation is 2X1 ratio, but I prefer a 3X2 ratio for my region flags, so I had to create an adapted version for this region. 300X200px seems to be the optimum size. The colours are as close as I can make them. Not bad for a one off. :)
