Region: Heart

That said, it does not change the fact that you have consistently acted in a decisive and partisan way. You yourself have said you want to be known as the candidate who is willing to get in a fight with the opposition. On Discord, you regularly curse at other government officers with whom you disagree. Is that bipartisanship?

Additionally, I know you are trying to make it seem like I only have platitudes, but that is just not true, as I have stated several times. Here are some of the policies I plan on enacting:

Recruitment Reform

In order to sustain Heart's awesome community, we need new nations who bring diverse and interesting experiences. The region-wide events we have are always more fun when more nations participate, and a democratic government is better when there are more nations with wider policy positions for voters to chose from. Reforming the recruitment process to make it more efficient and effective will be one of my most important policy goals.
I plan on forming the Committee on Recruitment, made up of five nations, whose whole purpose will be to come up with new and creative ways to recruit nations. The Committee will meet at least once every two weeks. I will obviously keep API running, but I will also make it a priority to expand manual recruitment.

The Organization of New Events for All Heart Citizens

As First Minister, I will make it a priority to organize new and exciting events for Heart citizens to participate in, making our region more fun. This would include RolePlaying reform to make it more inclusive, a dedicated Ministry position solely for the purpose of coming up with new ideas for Heart, and much, much more.
We need ministry specifically dedicated to RolePlay, which we do not currently have. Similar to Elysium's idea, I would like to expand RolePlaying so it can be done over Discord as well.
My current ambassador program which I am running as Minister of Foreign Affairs has greatly expanded relations with other regions, to the point where one of the regions with which we have an embassy has asked to hold a joint event with us. There is no point in having many citizens if they have nothing to do. I want to have fun, region-wide, and even inter-regional events, every so often to keep the citizens of Heart engaged and participating in Heart. To achieve these goals, I plan on completely revamping the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A New Approach to the Union of Force

As First Minister, another of my central priorities will be expanding Heart's influence and participation in the Union of Force, making your voices heard on the Federal level.
This includes attempting to gain more autonomy from the Federal Government. We deserve the right to decide what is best for us. That said, I will still make it a priority to work with the Federal Government as well. As previously mentioned, I have been endorsed by the Federal High Commissioner, and my relationship with them allows me to better support Heart.

Above all, I will make it the first concern of my administration to listen to you, the citizens of Heart. I plan on creating the Citizens' Council, which will advise me on what the citizens need and want.

Right now I am purposefully not going to set specific policies other than those I have listed above. Why? Because it is not my job to impose my own will on Heart. It is my job to hear the citizens and implement policies which reflect their opinions, not mine. Under my administration, our policy goals will not be based on what we want for Heart, but what the citizens need and want.

If I am elected, my administration will bring transparency, bipartisanship, and progress to Heart. I will make it my number one priority to listen to everyone's opinion, regardless of political party.
It is for this reason that I have received an endorsement from the Federal High Commissioner of the Union of Force, New glaceon, who was a member of a different party than I at the time they made their endorsement.

If you want bipartisanship and the ability to have your voice heard, vote Xyrgistan!

Why did you just make the same speech but longer and without any new policy. It's not a contest of who makes the longer speech it's a contest of who has the best policies.
