Canarmybrat has served the region well for over a year now, but in my opinion does not deserve the rank of Plebian Tribune due to their spans of inactivity multiple times in the past, which raises my concerns of them not being dedicated enough.

I, on the other hand, have served as senator 3 times, and as both the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of the Interior, and am responsible for the establishment of many of the embassies that we have to this day. I have never CTE'd during my 20 or so months in this region, and don't intend to for the foreseeable future.
Recently I have admittedly been less active, but being trusted by the people of this region enough to be voted Plebian Tribune will definitely change this, as I do not believe that a public figure such as the Plebian Tribune should ever be inactive. I never supported the suspension of the Plebian council back in the day either, but CB did (I'll get to that soon).

I do not think that Canarmybrat has been as consistent as me over the years, and I think that he re-instated the Plebian Council for the sole purpose of becoming tribune. I would also like to remind the voters that it was in fact Canarmybrat that originally proposed the dissolution of the council back on December 18th 201, this is a direct quote;

"@Senator I say we suspend the plebian council since it is inactive. I think there should be a plebian Tribune who would ha e a non voting role either in the government or in the senate"

The fact that CB suspended the council in the first place, only to re-create it later is extraordinarily hypocritical, and why I think they doing this for their personal gain, and not for "the betterment of the people" or whatever they have been framing this as lately.
