Now almost 3 days later, i have about 36 extracted Aktuelle Kamera reports in 4k. The problem that I described earlier with the milky effect has actually become something that I consider a problem. Because some of the reports feature a lot of blurred or unclear elements (as one clip of a speech of Erich Honecker for the 40th anniversary of the founding of the GDR, which is just one giant blurry mess), I only get a blurry mess in 4k, which looks like the camera was covered in see-through slime.

Now I have to decide if I rather use the originals in 450p, the 4k versions with the milky effect or try to see if I can fix, or make better versions.
