Ok so since I'm going the publish the "pilot" of my toastian news thing on Sunday here's a text wall about my thoughts on the current state of the "pilot" and future "episodes":

So looking at it, it doesn't look that bad but it just doesn't look like a top of the line news show from 2021. It does kinda feel like the Aktuelle Kamera that i wanted to base it on but all things together (mainly camera quality and audio quality) i am somewhat unsatisfied. I already can have improved audio quality for the next episode but i don't know if i can do much for the camera quality. Another thing that bothers me is that it feels kind of bland since it's just me talking for 10 minutes. I do intend to fix that by adding "proper reports" to future "episodes". Since the next opportunity for me to record another "episode" would be at the end of next month, i would use the time to scour through every episode of the Aktuelle Camera that i can get my hands on and extract the reports from there and use modified versions of these. I don't know how the copyright status of these would be but from what i can understand i might be able to freely use them under "Artistic Freedom" and i don't believe however owns the copyright to the Aktuelle Kamera (i don't know if someone even does) really cares. Lastly, i will try to record 2 "episodes" each week i can, so i can publish 1 "episode" per month. (excluding next month)
