In the sparsely populated Protectorati region of Pranemo, dolmens (simple structures made up of multiple vertical megaliths supporting a large capstone) are a common site, with over a hundred standing on deserted hilltops and rocky outcrops. According to legend, they were built by the old gods (now major spirits) to use as rain shelters. Whatever their purpose, most are over three thousand years old.
