Sure, I have this written somewhere. It's not Kalatu.

Grand Ambassador Rikel Nozash

A middle aged man with a surprisingly full head of hair and olive skin is the Richompian Prime Minister of the DP. Born as a son to a Cerrent senator from the sunset islands, He worked his way up through the ranks of Richompian government, after he served his term in the army when Richomp was at war with Deplandia 30 or so years ago. He has a deep sonorous voice, and is stern in his negotiations. He was not favored for the position, but after meeting with Kalatu in Whalani, was selected for the position. His pick was mostly approved of by the nation, but small groups were not content, as he was not Jewish, as the majority of the religous population of Richomp. However, this criticism has all but faded away as he has performed admirably, garnering praise from all major parties. He is not registered with any party, which means that he will most likely keep his position even after elections. Often seen sporting a deep navy blue suit in perfect posture, his dominating physique draws the eye quickly. Towering over most, his 6'6 body allows him to dominate the conversation. Personally, he has been known to favor the Richompian strongman attitude, wherein the nation will ally and guarantee the independence of smaller nation, and allowing them to remain in the Richompian sphere of influence, if they further Richompian goals. However, this has sometimes put him at odds with Kalatu, who sees interventionalist as the best ideology for Richomp going forward. Even though his youth has been gone for a long time, he may still harbor a resentment towards the Deplandians, who he fought for much of his early adult life. Regardless of his political views, he is a loyal Richompian but who tries to adjudicate fairly in the parliament, currying favors to call in at certain times. He was recently recalled to Whalani for a meeting with the Premier, so his stance going forward is unknown.
