We would need more of the region wanting to participate. And the office would have to be President, not Prime Minister. We are based on the CSA, after all.

Now, I may just be some layman rural peasant, but changing laws and controlling information sounds a lot more like rigging an election than "fortifying" one to me. But what do I know? Clearly our corporate overlords know best for us.
