I'm sure some of you remember Ursprunopa, a side region meant mainly for conflict, as some of you were in it. It died pretty fast as not much time was put into it and nobody had even been put onto the map, however Martyris and I are starting it up again. This time around we've set up a system that doesn't go off of NS stats, instead your population is decided by geography. He has also made a prototype for possible culture selection and deicing the makeup of your military however I can't promise anything coming from that yet.

WA is not be required, if you join I recommend you leave your WA account here. If you join, instead of requiring a puppet like last time you may join on any account you want since stats don't matter. New accounts are welcome anyhow! Please note that roleplay is exclusive to the RMB and social interaction should be put in the Discord, roleplay is intended to be mostly serious so make sure RMB posts have somewhere around two lines or more per post and structured properly. We've got 10,000 stamps we intend to use so we hope the region does well.
