King Matthew enters the Matsrakian Embassy in Niagara Falls

King Matthew: Herr Junkers, good to see you again!

Herr Junkers: Your Majesty, welcome to our Embassy. The Matsraks are enthusiastic by this Glorious day!

King Matthew: Indeed, Herr Junkers. I am excited as well! We shall begin when PM Glasbergen arrives.

Herr Junkers: Unfortunately, Miss Van Tielman is at the hospital.

King Matthew: I didn't know about that! Has the child been born yet?

Herr Junkers: It Appears to Your Majesty. Right let's get this done.

King Matthew: Right. Here's Dylan now!

Prime Minister Dylan Glasbergen arrives.

Herr Junkers: Herr Dylan! welcome!

PM Glasbergen: Your Majesty, Herr Junkers, good to see you! Shall we proceed?

Herr Junkers: Please follow me to the Imperial Saloon.

They go to the saloon where a whole team of Administrators and journalists awaits them, the Treaty is the Following:

1921 Treaty of Niagara Falls

Preamble:
This treaty between Matsrakia and Greater Niagar hereby re-affirms the 1708 Treaty of Litzbarg. The Two nations are and will ever by Friends to each other and United in Royal Blood.

Article I: The Signatories agrees to Economic Free Trade between them. Thus the establishement of a Common Customs Agency: the Amsterdam-Niagara Falls Custom Bureau (ANFCB).

Article II: The Signatories agree to consult each other before signing any other Treaties. This does not allow them to sign a Treaty without others consent.

Article III: The Signatories agree to help each other in a situation of war or Political and Economic Instability.
III-A: If one signatory enters in a Offensive war, the others Signatories are sovereign and in right to deny any call-to-arms.
III-B: In Case of a defensive war, the signatories are obliged to enter it.

Article IV: The Signatories agrees to undertake annual common Military Trainings with each other and to the Training of Officers in each Military Science Academies.

Article V: Further Modifications are authorised by amendments whom are consented by every signatory.
