Evacasia has already begun transporting supplies to Nonadian citizens, though they are not the only ones in the war. Whether or not Luwuia has been aggressive, whether or not they are the ones to blame for the war, their citizens are affected just as awfully by it.

In a show of unbiased sympathy for civilians, Chancellor Gerissen offers medical and civil supplies to Luwuia. Just like with Nonadia, these supplies are intended to be purely used for the everyday people, who are affected the most.

Luwuia will accept these supplies and store them in the National Medical Supply Stockpile in the event a Nonadian attack causes civilian casualties

RP: National Archives

Luwuia is beginning construction of a Large National Archives building that will be built on a 80 Acre lot near the Capital City along side a University that will also be built. The University will be in charge of maintenance and growing the National Archives by working with Government and other Educational institutions. The Architecture Style of the buildings will be Contemporary with a Neoclassical Influence. The Approximate cost of the entire project will be 450 Million Dollars and will be funded entirely by the Government. Construction will start immediately with it finishing in 6 Months
