RP - The Lirana Deal

Avallon has brought forward a number of proposals to the Lirana, outlining their concessions and demands which they promptly accepted, though rejected the offer of a united Parliament.

These included:

1 - Proclaiming of Grand-Admiral Lilliana Olivia Feylani as the Official Head Of State of Lirana and Avallon, while the Prophet Jonas is made Governor of Avallon.

2 - Avallon is placed under military protection.

3 - The right for Avallon to have their faith worshipped in Dwarf land4 and upon request by the Avallonian government, construct a small number of churches.

4 - Only Avallonian foreign affairs are to be controlled by the Lirana.

If the deal does indeed go forward, relations with other nations that Avallon will discover will undoubtedly be influenced by Lirana's own foreign policy in the years to come.
