'The Rights of Being' as it is titled was put to paper by the Aritean Philosopher Konstans Saurian, a longtime intellectual and avid artist of the mind and expression at the current age of 67, with the core tenants assigned around a newly thought out philosophy of mutual rights and liberties for all sentient/viable species within Kalrania, as they all inhabited this world of theirs and thus all should have a fundamental right to something or another.

The unique literature has been within works for over 30 years and was finally finished with the financial endorsement of the reigning Basileus of the Basileía Áritos (Empire of Aritius), Basileus Julian Paligos. Such endorsement has allowed the work to spread, the core tenants of;

1: A right to life and liberty for all.

2: A freedom from slavery and torture for all.

3: A freedom of opinion and expression for all.

4: A right to work and education for all.

These for being the core of the philosophical notion, but many more such as 'Freedom from Religious Persecution,' are touched on; leaving the work a rather in-depth and well-thought-out piece of literature that seemed to invoke the greatness of the old classical period.

With the backing of the Royal House of Paligos as well as avid support from the people of Aritius the 'Rights of Being' has quickly spread outside of the borders of the Empire; mostly through their management of one of the most prosperous trade-routes within the Bay of Marlandor.

Within weeks this piece of literature could spread far and wide, leaving governments across Kalrania a deadline with which to put into works a lockdown of the work so that it cannot enter their country if they wish.

'The Rights of Being' has since caused a revolution of sorts in terms of ideas within warfare and what rights are held and withheld within, starting the conversation on a possible Convention of sorts within the Empire.
