President Hoffins: "Greetings great leaders of the Kalranian Federation. As President of the Council, I am here once again to fulfill my duties and give you a monthly briefing on current plans. Today I wish to speak about the Federations expansion and future role on the international stage. The Kalranian Federation started out as an idea to unite democratic countries under one flag while still having them retain autonomy. Today, many nations outside of the federation threaten our peaceful existence and expansion by violating the rights that we give to sentient beings of equal intelligence or higher to humans. We can not sit by peacefully and have our core values trampled upon. Therefore I believe we must accelerate our expansion to an aggressive speed by any means necessary. A key example is Luwuia's current war with Dushkaria. The war's purpose and nature is purely for the defense of Luwuia, Dushkaria clearly violated Luwuian territorial waters and even went as far as to open fire upon our brave sailors. It is countries such as Dushkaria and Ascoiya that wish to see our Federations downfall and trample upon our sovereignty for the sick purpose of gaining more power."

At the end of President Hoffins speech to the council he had a tad bit more to say on a current political event.

President Hoffins: "The shogun of Icewindia's message is full of nonsense and deceit. A non-democratic country is destined to fail, especially if their country contains uncorrected backwords practices. Any country that has positives relations with Icewindia should give deep consideration if they really want to stand by a nation like this."

President Hoffins: "And one last thing. I would like to give a firm warning to Ascoiya. I am strongly warning you to not interfere in any way in the Luwu-Dushkari War. Luwuia is a victim and the Kalranian Federation as a whole will not shy away from a collective military operation to overthrow the current ascoiyan government. We are fully prepared to wipe Ascoiya of Kalrania and Liberate the victims of it's warmongering."

The Government of Luwuia is issuing an Ultimatum to Dushkaria. The Government demands 5 things

1.The unconditional surrender of Dushkaria
2.5% of the Dushkari Military Stockpile
3.For Luwuian Military bases to be established in Dushkaria
4.For the Dushkari Government to hold a referendum on joining the Kalranian Federation
5.For Luwuia to have access to Dushkari resources for 2 years.

The Government states that if these demands fail to be met within 4 months then the Luwuia Armed Forces will see to the complete destruction of Dushkaria and Subjugation of Dushkaria within 1 year

Dushkaria wrote:

This said ultimatum was met with laughter from the Dushkari high command, the current leader of Dushkaria has decided to mobilize the Dushkari armed forces to utterly crush these invaders and bring upon the might of the RED TID- ahem to bring the might of the Black tide..

As per the ultimatum given to Dushkaria the Luwuian Armed Forces shall now see to the complete and utter destruction of Dushkaria. Bomber Squadrons are beginning their Bombing runs on Industrial sites in Dushkaria. Infantry and Armored Assets on the frontline are starting an aggressive push so the frontline is at least 10km away from shore.
