Except you copied Miklania almost word for word. Your command unit should be able to do three things: communicate and command your subordinate units, be it men, platoon, companies, etc. supply and maintain the units in combat (fuel, food, ammunition, medical, equipment maintenance), be able to carry out orders. Each command unit should be one size smaller then its subordinate units, a company would have a command section leading platoons, a battalion, a command platoon leading companies, a regiment, a command company leading battalions.
