It was 5:00 PM, The Nashua Empire and The Raccoon Republic (Changed to Raccooniah on February 31st 1947,)
The RR and the NE got into this scuffle when then the IOUN Decided Raccooniah Would get the Southern half and Militarized algerstonia would get the Northern half,
But.. It was going to change from there, as The Stormin Raccs, Then Called the Syclones, Were forming a blockade in the north and manage to Take over Fort James in November 13, 1946.
