Which part of the new constitution specifically says you can't use the Court RMB to issue Oaths ?

With the new constitution active everything that was passed before is now nulled including Decree Laws, right?

So our Chairman, South Waterford made a Decree Law #12 on October 20, 2020 which state oaths need to be done in the Court RMB (page=rmb/postid=40941766)

But we have new constitution so we starting all over again. Gazoo is just following the Constitution that was adopted despite Gazoo alerted and warned that Judiciary Article will have cause problems.

Gazoo even said a few weeks back that All cases will be handled exclusively by the Court of Public Opinion via LinkDiscord or telegrams/dispatches, which will thereafter be publicly posted on the RMB.: Gazoo doesnt support cases being handled in discord, nor telegram or dispatches. All court cases should happen in Court's RMB (region=uas_regional_court). The reason is because all communication and evidence will be available to all to see in the court RMB. Chats outside the Union can be altered; erased or even hidden. Gazoo is talking from experience here. Asking the Court RMB remain intact and active. Nobody listen to Gazoo.

So isnt about pettiness. Gazoo read the Constitution that was adopted and Gazoo as Chief Justice (appointed by our Chairman South Waterford) is just following it Dont get mad at Gazoo for following the constitution that it was voted for (everyone knows Gazoo record on it and made it clear for weeks that Judiciary Branch should not get any major changes)

Gazoo will love to have Court RMB be legal again whether by law when the new legislature is sworn in or by Decree by our Regent South Waterford. So everything there can be done on the record just like Gazoo said a few week backs.

Legally the Court RMB is not recognized by the constitution, law nor decree. That why Gazoo posted the oath in this RMB cause is the only RMB recognized by the Constitution.

Mr. Chairman because Constitution failed to recognize it in the constitution or recognize your past Decree that was made under the previous constitution. It sad that it happen and how changes to the judiciary branch is causing problem and confusion the first few days of the new constitution. But all of this was avoidable if Gazoo suggestions to the Judiciary branch was accepted.
