With Dushkaria now a puppet of Archron, Archron has vowed to its people that reconstruction will commence and new additions will be made to the country. 500,000 thousand RCA have been deployed to garrison the shores of Dushkaria. MTCs and transport vessels have been shipped to Dushkaria with countless supplies on board. Archron has stated that “Construction of better infrastructure and transport is a top priority. Next, we plan to rework the building designs. Afterwards, we will look into the military and see how to benefit the Dushkarian military to stand on their own in a heavy war.”

The Kavastori government requests that this not be taken too hastily as they have not taken a full stance against Blayredeshia but simply warned that they do not want to be invaded and that any military action against the nation will result in a full response, they also do not want to be treated a a staging ground adn that harboring people for refuge is quite different from allowing for them to take part in the war.

Chancellor Genjiro Takahashi and Vice-Chancellor Fumiko Nagawa, as well as a few other important ministers, would stand in an elevated room, seemingly standing by for something to happen, as a group of telecommunications workers was at their posts in the large control room below them. They had been waiting for hours for a reply to Genjiro's message, which he had sent a week prior. Fumiko, of course, was not pleased with this prospect, scolding Genjior, her senior-in-rank a few times throughout the duration of the wait. For all she knew, she could have finished tons of paperwork and review the people's wishes from the Federal Parliament. Obviously irritated, Fumiko would open her mouth to vocalize her thoughts, a hint of sarcasm in her tone.

"It seems that your little 'pet' project didn't work huh, Genjiro? And you want to know why it didn't wo--.."

Suddenly, a loud blaring would interrupt Fumiko as she spoke. Genjiro only briefly looked at the shocked Fumiko, sarcastically smirking before both leaders would move forward to authorized the deciphering of the captured 'response'. The telecommunications officers would press and alter a few buttons on a rectangular console attached to a wall desk. The telecommunications officer would look at Genjiro and Fumiko, gesturing, through a single nod, that the message's composition was ready to be played. Both leaders would nod, as they soon drew their attention to the observation glass that would show the contents of the control room. The officer would begin to play the message. Static would follow, as words began to form. It took a few minutes before everything became clear, allowing for the Fujitosians to understand the spoken language. It was confirmed as English, and seemed to be a sort of 'greeting'. But what caught the attention of the group was a file sent with the audio message. As the message ended, the officer displayed a picture, sent by the unknown recipients, of a map. It included Fujisato's island and eastern lands as well as many more landforms and countries outside the nation. The Fujitosians, especially Genjiro, grew ecstatic at the message, recording their own small transmission 'Thanking' the anonymous sender for their work.

After the transmission, Fumiko and Genjiro, as well as some selected ministers would work on a solution to introduce this information to the Fujitosian population. Many different parts of the nation, including the military and civil workforces, have been notified to begin working for the possible arrival of foreigners and preparing the nation's reaction to these discoveries.

Not long after the original message was sent, another message was intercepted and captured by the telecommunications tower. After deciphering and producing the transmission audio, Genjiro and Fumiko we're quite surprised by the result. A nation, or so they thought, named 'Artaecus' was offering to pursue diplomacy with the nation at such an early time. After hours of talk over secure communications with the military and the federal parliament, Genjiro had decided to authorize a meeting between both the nations. These however had to be under secrecy to minimize spooking the population, who was still new to the idea of outer nations. A set of coordinates have been sent to the original sender, asking them to take a means of helicopter or aircraft to arrive at an undisclosed airbase near Geofront 'GeoKyoto' Area E.

RP - The Lirana Deal

Avallon has brought forward a number of proposals to the Lirana, outlining their concessions and demands which they promptly accepted, though rejected the offer of a united Parliament.

These included:

1 - Proclaiming of Grand-Admiral Lilliana Olivia Feylani as the Official Head Of State of Lirana and Avallon, while the Prophet Jonas is made Governor of Avallon.

2 - Avallon is placed under military protection.

3 - The right for Avallon to have their faith worshipped in Dwarf land4 and upon request by the Avallonian government, construct a small number of churches.

4 - Only Avallonian foreign affairs are to be controlled by the Lirana.

Relations with other nations that Avallon will discover will undoubtedly be influenced by Lirana's own foreign policy in the years to come.

RP: Defending our new ally
After this unexpected turn of events, Avallonian delegates are invited to observe the Lirana senate on a temporary basis, as the rest of the 4th fleet are sent to link up with the CSG sent there, under Rear-Admiral Erik Manz, to protect the islands. There are hopes that this agreement could form a new resurgence in Lirana national pride, which has been dwindling in recent years
RP: Promotion?
Admiral Lilliana Feylani has been promoted to a monarch, an interesting turn of events considering the previous Lirana stance on such an arrangement. She has requested to visit Archron empire in an unofficial capacity to clear her head for a short amount of time

OOC My apologies to Blayredeshia for dragging out the civil war several weeks ago and to the community for my inactivity. I've recently moved and have been dealing with some demons of mine. Additionally most the events written herein this post take place in the past so that I can catch up to the current state of RP.

RP: The Interregnum (Catching Up)
The brutal Elpadian civil war cost the lives of tens of thousands of soldiers and civilians over the course of several years. Despite the victory of the Republican government led by General Cyran Ostios and his ragtag band of rebels, the country was unable to reunify peacefully. Royalist strongholds continued to hold out and harass Republican forces over the course of the past decade with support from the King-in-Exile Boje Haetchuja. To only make matters worse for the restored Freehold, secessionist movements sparked across the nation, with many semi-autonomous and autonomous provinces declaring independence from the Ostios' backed regime. This decade long Warlord period has now only recently come to a conclusion, with the last of the independence fighters having been crushed at the Battle for the Volantene River. Unfortunately, in spite of the the long-awaited victory finally occurring, Ostios' regime has been heavily criticized for curtailing Elpadia's historically strong democratic traditions, having maintained marshal law and greatly centralized governmental authority over the provinces these last ten years. Power has now become concentrated in three individuals: Cyran Ostios himself as the military leader of the nation and de facto head-of-state, Aurel Ibaia the de facto leader of both houses of the Elpadian Congress and the official head-of-state; he has been butting heads with Ostios for the past several years which has caused fears of renewed civil conflict should they not settle their differences, and Gaius Kuranos the current head of a resurgent (albeit much more pacifistic) Temple of Nadraz; he is notable for having largely spearheaded internal humanitarian efforts to rebuild the country and has restored the Nadrazic faith in the eyes of many Elpadians, although many remain suspicious of his intentions. The Freehold of Elpadia now stands reunited for the first time in a decade, her armies are experienced and battle-hardened, her citizens have weathered the single most turbulent time in the nation's history and have emerged stronger for it, and the phoenix-like resurrection of the Temple of Nadraz has boosted the psionic abilities of Elpadians across the Kalrania.

RP: Ewks Elprakoi Uins Heilükte!(Elpadia shall endure for Ten Thousand Years!)
With the knowledge of the struggle of Elpadia's long-time allies in the Accord fighting against Blayredeshia and her allies and the reunification now complete, General Ostios has announced Elpadia's entry into the war effort as per the terms of the Accord. Elpadian ports will be open to her allies, and already the Elpadian fleet is preparing to steam out into the Bay of Pontricare to aid in blockading efforts and achieving naval superiority. Requests for information regarding troop movement and where aided is needed most from Elpadian armed forces are sent to Khosrau, Schwypia, the Rumanian States, the Archron empire, and Dwarf land4. The factories that have been churning out tools of war for this past decade begin production anew, songs of victory are being song by battle-hardened troops, and the psionic might of the Elpadian race surges. The Land of Hope marches to a foreign war for the first time in its history.

RP: Battle of the Bay of Pontricare
Immediately after the first salvos by the Basaran ships are fired many Blayredeshian ships at the front begin to sink and most in the front of the defensive blockade are visibly damaged. The salvo is immediately returned by the Blayredeshians who had their guns trained on the Basar ships. Given their numerical superiority, Grand Admiral de la Croix seeks to use Blayredeshia's 680 ships to surround the Basar fleet within the Bay. Despite what looks like a numerical advantage in ships the Basar's still have the advantage of firing first meaning they could win the Battle. Shortly after naval fighting begins the 900 fighter jets and the 400 bombers patrolling the Fleet were joined by the 70 torpedo bombers from the 2 Aircraft Carriers which were at the rear of the fleet and therefore unharmed and immediately began to attack the Accord ships. Meanwhile, Anti-Aircraft guns and 300 fighter jets are mobilized on the mainland in an attempt to safeguard against foreign bombing runs.

RP: Mobilization and the Trench
With the war beginnings, the Blayredeshian Security Forces have combined the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th Armies which is nearly the entire Blayredeshian Army into the 1st Legion under General in Chief Cleburne Bell and have positioned themselves along the western coast of Blayredeshia with many manning the coastal defenses and artillery that has been constructed along the coast creating what General Bell calls "The Pontricare Wall". In total the force will consist of 1,000,000 infantry, 970 tanks, 100 artillery pieces, and 300 APCs. As of now only the small 1st and the large 6th Armies are stationed on the coast and it is estimated that it will take 6 weeks for the entire force to actually reach the west and take up defensive positions. The 2nd Army consisting of 200,000 infantry, 25 tanks, and 8 artillery pieces will remain in the south-central portion of Blayredeshia near Fort Bonnet, the 3rd Army consisting of 76,000 infantry, 10 artillery pieces, and 20 tanks has been stationed at Fort Suid outside the city of Suid in eastern Blayredeshia, and the 7th Army consisting of only 13,000 mountain rangers, 20 artillery pieces, and 40 technicals have been garrisoned at the city of Olden which lies in the mountains of north-eastern Blayredeshia. Civilian militias such as the Civilian Defense Force or CDF have risen up all over Blayredeshia to defend their fatherland although most spend their time in the factories spurring on the war production which has stimulated the Blayredeshian economy. The Blayredeshian Army Corps of Engineers and the CDF have both begun construction on a huge trench 20 miles away from the coast to act as a fall-back line for the Legion should the Accord manage to break through the Pontricare Wall. The Confederacy has also used slave labor from prison convicts and political dissidents under supervision by the Blayredeshian Home Guard to help construct the trench and other fortifications. It is expected to take 2 months before the trench is entirely completed.

RP: The Rallying Cry
In a televised speech to the nation, Emperor Blayre III rallied for more young men to enlist in the Confederate military and to join in the war production. The speech was well received as record high enlistment numbers were reported as many throughout the Confederacy have rallied to the call of the Emperor. In addition to this the Emperor personally called on his allies in the Nationalist League such as Ponticianre, Koysala, and The Atomic Schism to join the war and defend Blayredeshia. The Emperor also thanked Kavastor for their aid and contribution to the Blayredeshian war effort.

RP: Congratulations
The Confederacy of Blayredeshia has issued congratulations to the Rebels in Evacasia for their victory against the Heydrich regime although it did issue condolences to the family of Commander von Fenchel calling him a "Hero of Evacasian Freedom." The Confederacy has also offered to send diplomats to meet with the Rebels provisional government and General Gerissen to discuss Evacasia's future in the Nationalist League. The Confederacy has also offered to donate money from its treasury to go to the reconstruction effort in Evacasia.

RP: The Invasion of Schwypia
After news of Schwypia's declaration of war reached the Blayredeshian forces stationed in West Kowen they immediately began an invasion of Schwypia via its border with the Kowenian states. The Blayredeshian force only consists of 3,300 infantry, 250 tanks, 200 fighter jets, and 100 bombers and their commander Brigadier General Leopold Bran seems to be hoping to catch the Schwypians by surprise and blitzkrieg across the nations. How effective his invasion will be has yet to be seen.

OORP: I'm not 100% sure about the borders of West Kowen or even what they're doing due to inactivity but all I know is that they technically still exist and I have troops there so if any part of this invasion thing is inaccurate or wrong please let me know so I can either fix it or delete it from this post.

RP: What happens if we die inside?
The Lirana state has condemed the Blayredeshian use of slavery, calling it 'inhumane'. Ships off the Blayredeshi coast have opened fire upon the wall, missiles firing upon the wall and artillery upon Blayredeshi ships. Lirana infantry still in the nation have been gathering in areas including city centres. The Admiral is also going to be holding a speech, which will be broadcast across Liranaholm. There are assassination fears, although there is doubt one will be attempted
