The transport available to citizens (worshippers) of my nation depends on the way they do their business while at the shrine grounds. The shrine god encourages followers to do their own research and do things the way they want to, not how others demand. With that as a model, the 'Youkai Saint' devised a system that gave different forms of transport to followers based on how much research they do, which presents itself as how many people know how to actually go about visiting this particular shrine, which operates in a somewhat unique way.

An offering point [because CJF loves making points tables] is gained for every following action: Walking through the torii gate to the side (only the shrine god can walk through the centre) | Bowing once, in any way one likes, before entering through the gate | Bowing once, in any way one likes, before exiting through the gate (still facing the shrine) | Purifying one's self the proper way at the temizuya (This is slightly confusing and long) | Walking on the gravel | Standing to the side at the main hall entrance | Bowing once, in any way one likes, at the main hall entrance | Ringing the bell at the main hall entrance (so the shrine god knows that someone is there) | Placing the offering in the donation box quietly | Offering the equivalent of ₴5, £5 or ¥5 (not required, but is the best amount) | Praying the proper way (less confusing than the temizuya thing) | Being respectful

0 = Pummelled by shrine god
1 = Walking
2 = Bicycle/Rickshaw
3 = Tractor
4 = Tram
5 = Motorcycle
6 = Bus
7 = Boat/Hovercraft
8 = Car/Lorry
9 = Combine Harvester/Forklift (so people can force others out of the way)
10 = Train
11 = Flight
12 = The ability to open gaps (to go anywhere without hindrance). The shrine god meets, and blesses, these ones in person.

Let's see, first to spring to mind is Vader saving Luke. The next to come to mind is Vegeta vs Buu.

These are probably old enough that I don't need spoilers.
