Since i am suspicious about the number of people living in Westeros (as told in the show), here's my more realistic stats, for the Iron Islands:
15,000 soldiers (total number of ironborn fit for war, probably age 20-50, usually not working due to their job being raiding)
15,000 women (each soldier naturally have a wife)
30,000 children (even more, due to couples having 5-10 kids in medieval times, era GoT is based on, but here i just made each couple have 2 kids)
5,000 old people (should be more, but i reduced due to ironborn deadly job, illness, war, harsh life on the rock)
5,000 thralls (slave workers brought from raiding, their life is short, but they keep getting replaced)
5,000 salt wives (slaves for sex and maids)
Total = 75,000 population of Iron Islands (Total Population : Troops = 5)
Formula made out of this: Your Troops x 5 = Your Total Population

Bare in mind formula above is for Raider/Pirate factions, formula for Feudal/Free City faction would be Your Troops x 15 = Your Total Population (because raiders don't work, they steal, feudal realms work, they have blacksmiths, tailors, priests, writers, musicians/actors, most of them cannot be recruits or the economy will suffer, and they are not trained for war like knights, archers, skirmishers)
So you only have to know either the number of your troops, to calculate how much population you have, or you need to know how much population you have, to calculate the number of soldiers you can mobilize for war. If you have both numbers, just use the formula to compare for any discrepancy.
Example for feudal society: The Reach = They can mobilize 40,000 if i am not wrong, that mean 40,000 x 15 = 600,000 (this is total population of Reach)

Not yet, but we're trying. It was very active before, but we Roleplayed off-site, so this region died. Now i am trying to convince players to roleplay in RMB, and thus maintain regional activity. it is also easier and more fun, without complicated off-site subforums, topics, archives, chats.
All we need is:
1. Regional Message Board (RMB)
2. Message system (Telegrams)
3. Discord
Guess what, we have all of those! Now we need few more players and this region will be sweet again
