As the regional paranoid guy who totally saw this coming, I would like to state that I don't trust anyone here even more so after what happened.
I've seen this crap go down almost three times now, so I expect it to happen many more times before I'm dead or this site fades away.

The Aesir Empire is back! And I may be able to help recreate the old forum. It won't be an exact replica, but I'll do my best to make it look friendly. I just have to learn how first. (I don't even know what's involved in forum creation. I've never done it or seen it done, so bear with me as I learn it.)

Anyway, now could be a time to modify a few things too. I think running Aura Hyperia was stressful for Mara.
Let us create the new region where it doesn't require quite that much work to keep it afloat. For instance, I know many of the things, such as the inquisition, were thorough to keep track of progress, and to try and keep members who were investigated, but of all the cases, only like 3 of them were recruited, and of those 3, only 1 ended up being semi-productive.
I hope you guys understand that I would much rather wait to see where things go before joining the forums again.
I think we should (if we continue to use the caste system that Mara set up) give Colby the job of emperor, if he wants it. I'm not stable enough, as I too sometimes get panic attacks, and therefore (if you guys don't mind me saying) I kinda understand Mara's impulse, though I don't condone it.
I don't want Emperor. I don't know if we should have one at this point. I'll serve as Interim Chancellor for the moment, if you don't want to, but I don't want to be Emperor. I'll take charge, but it's not permanent.

I've had moments where I was like, "all the time I spent on my games was for nothing", but I never went about wrecking everything I did. Especially not when other people were involved in the progression of that game. I understand Colby not wanting to be Emperor, and I'm not saying I should be Emperor. (Gods, I feel like we're about to write something like the Articles of Confederation xD what a failure that work turned out to be.) Perhaps right now isn't a good time for an Emperor, but once things get established and running, we can think about having an Emperor again.
