Camel cheese = ? Then again, I don't like cheese at all (except for on noodles or pizza) so I'm not a good judge here.
Camel Milk is low in lactose, apparently. Cheese.com lists Caravane as the only variety. Although Kadchgall can apparently be made from Camel milk.
