| The Iranian Unification Movement National Convention happened in Tehran, with more than 30,000 attendees. Currently, the IUM leads the coalition government of Iran after the snap elections in December. Only a month into her Prime Ministership, and Kobrina Nouri has already set out on a different path of leading than Nassfer. Her most recent meeting with Iraqi leadership resulted in the creation of a MECO Defence and Security Law. In the meantime, Nouri also managed to set out deals with the Biden's administration that are to be soon announced. Her views on the Arab League were also made very clear, which has caused some worry amongst Arab states that are partners with Iran.

Stepping out onto the major stage of the convention, Kobrina Nouri would be heavily applauded. Waving and smiling at the people, she would make her way to the podium. Wearing a burgundy dress with white high heels, her hair naturally and beautifully flown out, silver earrings and a silver necklace, she dazzled in the lights. As she stood at the podium, she smiled openly as she waved for a moment before the stadium went silent as she prepared to speak. |

OBJECT : Opening of proceedings

To His Majesty the King of Korea,
To His Majesty, the Emperor of Japan,

I have the honour to inform you that the KINGDOM OF KOREA, from a mandate given by HRH KING DAESHIM OF KORAE and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Korea, filed legal proceedings at the International Court of Justice regarding a territorial dispute against the EMPIRE OF JAPAN.

The case has been registered as :

KOREA, v. JAPAN, On the territorial dispute regarding the Dokdo/Liancourt Islands

Given the highly tense circumstances surrounding the present case, and notably, by the high level military activity of the parties, the Court shall take interim measure in order to satisfy with the peace requirement of the proceedings;

THE PARTIES shall publish a memorandum in which they present their arguments in their favour which will be able to be modified until the President establishes that there are enough arguments to provide for a judgement.

THE PARTIES, after publication of their memorandum, will have a chance to make a settlement with the proposal of the Court, before a judgement takes place.

REQUESTS, the assistance of the UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY and the UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL, to deliver all necessary measures to maintain the peace and adopt the necessary decisions; and to guarantee the peaceful situation around the Island; and awaits the delivery of a resolution on the matter

A massive Automobile Conglomerate has been formed under Fouzi Ayoub Sabri CEO of
Al-Araba Co. and now CEO of SMIC.

Sayara CO has now just met a competitor, the Saudi Motor Industries Corp. Under Fouzi Ayoub Sabri
as seen as the most Experienced Automobile Manufacturer he was appointed CEO of the Company.
Now SMIC owns 5 Just completed Factories at Dammam, they are currently being reconstructed for efficient
car production. A. A. Turki Group already had this planned 4 years ago, and now their plan is in
effect. It is said the new SMIC company will start production next year.

However Sayara CO already has 10 Factories all over Saudi Arabia, 1 in Jeddah, 5 In Dammam, and 4 in Riyadh.
Sayara CO was founded once all 10 factories was completed by E. A. Juffali and Brothers. But it isnt only these
two companies that are getting intrested in cars, Almarai Corp and MA'ADEN (Saudi Arabian Mining Co.) have
their own autoplans. Almarai Corp wants to create delivery trucks not only for itself but for the rest of
the nation. MA'ADEN (Saudi Arabian Mining Co.) Plans on creating dump trucks (but mainly plans on native mining
equipment) to sell as well.

“Now, the first proposal. In line with the expressed wishes of France, Germany, the UK, and Russia, we suggest a new multilateral coalition approach. All current intervening powers will first agree to a ceasefire. All foreign forces would be integrated into a single coalition military authority. Politically, this coalition will recognize the PGC as the sovereign and legitimate government of Chad. Despite this, the Conference recognizes Spanish and Russian support for the DFP and Bangladeshi and Egyptian support for the AAFC. It also recognizes that it cannot compel the PGC, DFP, or AAFC to unify or commit to a ceasefire. To remedy this contradiction, the coalition and its members would refuse to support PGC operations against the DFP and AAFC, and vice versa. This incentivizes factions to negotiate and eliminates the possibility of a coalition member coming into conflict with the coalition itself. In particular, it allows Russia to continue its support for the DFP, and Egypt, Sudan, and Bangladesh to continue their support for the AAFC, while also allowing them to join the coalition. In the meantime, the coalition will work to negotiate ceasefires and eventually unification between these factions. We hope this situation eliminates the possibility of conflicting interests or operations within the coalition. Should the coalition and an intervening nation come to conflict, we hope a diplomatic solution can be found and offer to hold this conference open to provide a forum for the resolution of possible future conflicts.”

“The coalition will support the creation of a multi-ethnic, free, democratic, and representative government for the PGC that serves the interests of all Chadian people. A prospective legislature would represent all major ethnic groups and preserve religious freedom. It would work to fight terrorism of all kinds, support ethnic and religious cohabitation, and lead Chad to prosperity. With this political stance clear, we can now move to the nature of the coalition’s operations. The coalition would be split into three missions: Offensive operations, peacekeeping efforts, and development programs.”

“Offensive operations will comprise all manner of combat troops, including ground troops, aircraft, and naval elements. Offensive operations will be coordinated with PGC security forces, and be managed by a Coalition Command Council, representing each component nation. Such operations would proceed within a reasonable interpretation of international law. Separate from anti-rebel combat operations, an anti-terror mission will be organized to stop terrorist action from all factions. The coalition will work the train and equip PGC security forces. The coalition will also continue to administer the current no-fly-zone, making room for humanitarian aid and participating peacekeeping forces.”

“Peacekeeping efforts will take place primarily within PGC-held territory. Peacekeeping forces will ensure security, prevent lawlessness, assist local law enforcement, and work to build trust and confidence between the Chadian people, government, and coalition forces. This will include providing aid, observing conflict zones, engaging in patrols, and community connection. It also provides a structure for other nations or groups, such as MECO and the Arab League to participate in peacekeeping operations.”

“Development programs will be a direct effort with the PGC. Within PGC territory, the Coalition will sponsor and support the creation of infrastructure, restoration of civil services, economic development, and generally assist the PGC in restoring themselves as a prosperous nation. To accomplish this, the coalition will use its own resources, help the PGC utilize its resources, and seek foreign assistance from companies and nations.”

“This coalition, its rules, and mission would govern the conduct of intervention in the civil war for the time being. The coalition can adequately assist the PGC in leading Chad to peace and security. At such a time the coalition determines proper or when the war ends, the coalition would prepare and execute a peaceful departure from Chad. No undue foreign influence would be left behind and Chad would be permitted to prosper and grow on its own terms.”

“I will now turn this over to the delegates for responses and discussions. Delegates can simply agree or disagree, and offer feedback or new ideas to be discussed. New ideas and proposals will be addressed by the Conference after each delegate has had a chance to speak on the current proposal. I now turn the floor to the delegate from Sudan. Thank you.”

SAAB Outlines Plans for New Equipment for Sweden's Armed Forces.

Saab has revealed their objective to update the Swedish Army's equipment by the beginning of 2023.

In late June, the Swedish government tasked the SAAB Group with updating the Army's equipment to be better suited for dealing with the Insurrection by the SUDF. The redesign of their equipment was finished by August, Saab has been updating the equipment since and is planning to finish the update by the start of 2023. Today, Saab has outlined some of the redesigned equipment for the Swedish Army.

The simplest update was the change to make Bandanas or Balaclavas as well as Snow Goggles into part of the standard issue uniform. These not only help keep soldiers warm and let them see in the frigid north, but they have an intimidation factor which is very useful when fighting insurgents. One of changes that Saab agreed on early on was the improvement of the uniform's leg protection. The inadequately protected legs became a prime target for IEDs and booby traps by the SUDF. The redesigned leggings now come with kneepads as standard issue. Specifically designed plates built to protect from both explosives as well as slashes and stabs can also be inserted into the leggings to cover the thighs and shins.

The biggest change was the redesign of the M90 and the Combat Vest. The entire uniform has had a thin layer of Kevlar embedded into it. The uniform has been tested and has been proved to be able to withstand one or two rounds of 9x18mm Makarov, this is because the Makarov is the most common pistol used by the Swedish United Democratic Front. The Combat Vest has also been redesigned to be able to more reliably withstand a burst of 7.62x39mm from an AK. The vest storage has been redesigned to be able to carry more as well as making it more ergonomic to use.

MOMTS or the Modular Optical, Night Vison, Thermal System is a new kind of Tactical Goggles devised by Saab. The system allows the user to swap out the optics using modular parts. This would allow the user to be able to change the Goggles to fit the situation. Built as a collaboration between CBJ Tech AB and Saab Bofors Dynamics, the CBJ-MS is a truly modern weapon. This modular PDW/SMG is able to hold 100 rounds in a drum magazine, be used with a bipod, and switch from 6.5x25mm CBJ to 9x19mm Parabellum with a simple barrel change. The CBJ-MS is slated to become the standard issue SMG and PDW for the military with many already deployed.

The ASN4G can be carried by the Rafale fighter jet as well as the new Concorde Strategic Bomber. The ASN4G has a much greater speed and range than it's ASMP predecessors with a maximum range of 2,800 kilometres and top speeds of Mach 9-10. Its overall purpose is to serve in France's nuclear triad deterrent or Force de dissuasion as an air delivered method, however just like the ASMP it can be fitted with conventional warheads for multipurpose uses like airstrikes. The ASN4G is to go into service with both the Air Force and Navy effective immediately with an expected stockpile of 200 nuclear capable missiles being added to the French nuclear arsenal as older ASMPs are replaced. |}

As two of the predominant French speaking nations in the world, the Republic of Quebec (Quebec republic) and France have engaged in a new foreign exchange program allotting slots for up to 5,000 exchange students per year in addition to Quebec receiving discounted access to the French military industrial complex as a NATO partner. The Republic of Sudan (Nileia) has begun to receive significant investments from France in the development and construction of it's new capital district in Khartoum with over $10 billion USD being allocated for the project and French engineers, materials, and equipment being sent to begin work. An additional $15 billion USD has been sunk into the Sudapet oil company which is the largest petroleum company in Sudan. SPAIN COINS SAFE ZONE IN CHAD SPSZ

JANUARY 2023

Spain, which maintains its mission to create a safety zone in Chad around its existing Airbase has coined the roughly 200 square kilometer zone which it plans to occupy the Spanish Protective Security Zone (SPSZ for short). Within this Zone Spain shall regulate all traffic along its portion of the River and naturally all land traffic to ensure that weapons (including armored vehicles) from outside of the Zone are barred from crossing through it. Civilians shall be able to flee to the zone and either take up local Residence in housing areas that the Spanish Military plans to create, which shall benefit from the protection of the Spanish Military and through them the Spanish Military Police which shall enforce law and order throughout the zone. There are plans to offer employment to those who seek refuge within the zone, payment to be completed in euros, and with these wages individuals can purchase items from a local storehouse that the Military will set up specifically for Civilians. Items available there will range from necessities like food to luxury goods such as Spanish-made TVs, Computers and Films. The Military has also declared it shall establish an "Internet-Connection-Hub" which more or less consists of an Internet Cafe with direct links to Spanish Internet Sites and online access to the Spanish Stock Market to give those seeking refuge the ability to earn extra income. All items that will be purchased within the Zone may only leave by special order by the Military Police, in order to prevent smuggling of subsidized items to the surrounding areas controlled by militias and rebels.

Spain has repeatedly declared that it has no set date for departure other than when it believes the area to be secure, which it reserves the right to dictate itself.

As Indonesian Secretary of Defense Prabowo Subianto sat in his chair reading about the Russian Black Panther Main Battle Tanks that he sought after for his own tank corps, his (still old) red emergency telephone rang.

Prabowo Subianto: "Hello? Who is this?"

Caller: "Sir, this is the commander of the 21st Infantry Company in South Borneo. We have an emergency!"

Prabowo Subianto: "What would this emergency be, commander?"

Caller: "Sir, there's a coup against Majority Leader Al Anshori! Elements of the 2nd Borneo Infantry Division are moving to attack the Majority Leader's position at the Borneo Space Center! My company is under fire, but we're being overwhelemed! We need----"

The line would cut after an explosion rocked the background of the telephone audio. The Defense Minister would make a mad dash out of his office, out of the military headquarters in Jakarta, and to the National Parliament building, where a session was taking place.

EMERGENCY GOVERNMENT TASK FORCE: NOVEMBER COUP BEGINS, PRIME MINISTER MAHARANI'S PLANE DIVERTED TO DENPASAR AIR FORCE BASE ON JAVA

_{At approximately 9:32 PM local time in Jakarta, an estimated 10,000 military personnel of the 2nd Borneo Infantry Division and the 1st Borneo Infantry Auxiliary Corps assaulted the Borneo Space Center, where Indonesian Majority Leader and Acting Prime Minister Marina al Anshori was at the time. Prime Minister Puan Maharani's flight from Tokyo, which departed an hour ago, was diverted to the Denpasar Air Base on Java. The 21st Infantry Company, 22nd Infantry Company, 1st Armored Company, and the 31st Armored Division entered a firefight with the coup forces inside the Space Center. The Acting Prime Minister and other government officials were evacuated alongside French and Japanese engineers at the Space Center. Although intense gunfights, man-to-man combat and tank fire were decimating the empty fields of the Borneo Space Center, the Acting Prime Minister, her party, and the French and Japanese engineers successfully departed the Space Center aboard 20 Pindad Anoa APCs, escorted by 6 Marder 1A3 Armored vehicles and 3 Pindad Komodo light armored vehicles. The convoy drove into the dense jungle along Highway 1A, driving west towards Pontianak. Meanwhile in Jakarta, Kopassus special forces agents still stationed in Jakarta after the gambling hub raid moved into the National Parliament Complex supported by 250 policemen and women of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Corps (JMPC). By 11:32 PM, a barricade was formed along Freedom Boulevard, which is the main entry and exit point of the National Parliament Complex. At 12:01 AM, a group of 5 Pindad Anoa APCs and 3 JMPC police vehicles arrived and attempted to subdue the barricade force. Although 9 JMPC and 2 Kopassus casualties were sustained, the pro-government forces stood their ground and captured the enemy vehicles, which were used as either defense supplements or barricades. At 1:09 AM, the 1st Bornean Army arrived to support the pro-government forces at the Borneo Space Center, which crushed the coup forces. At 4:09 AM, when Prabowo Subianto, who was acting as Chief of Armed Forces in place of the Acting Prime Minister, with whom contact was lost presumably due to bad signal, received reports of Indonesian naval assets approaching Jakarta. At 5:00 AM, Prime Minister Maharani's plane landed at Denpasar, and was notified of the situation as her plane had been in a thunderstorm and couldn't be reached.}
