The military will have the same uniform, but that is for your army, that you given to APTO. You just need 1 army group or army or corp or whatever you named your largest army organizations to be sended to the APTO. The APTO army is came from 3 strong members, just like the real world UN army (I don't know how many army did they have actually). The army itself shall have their own nation as their leaders.
