You say 6 delegates like that’s supposed to be intimidating! Alternatively for the past couple of years double-posting has been illegal, and the previous fifteen years, double posting was permitted. :p

I’m aware of the RMB Guide, but that’s part of what is confusing — the RMB Guide has in the past existed in tandem with an RMB Ruleset (which is referenced & expected by the RMB Act (4)).

Guides are... guides, not rules. There has not been any official indication provided that the guide is now a ruleset.

I recall at least one TRR delegate maintained the guide that *discouraged* double-posting, but maintained a separate ruleset that did not include double-posting as grounds for suppression. The current trend of actively suppressing double posts stems from a few series of delegates who considered it a serious community problem.

Did I? My own RMB policy dispatch was pretty basic and doesn't mention double posting but it's entirely possible that I regarded it as spam and therefore suppressed such posts anyways.
