Melayu Archipelago wrote:“What is the legality of polygamy in your nation?”

As the major religion in the country, Sanatana Dharma, provide freedom for their followers to choose how their adult life will be. Based on the religion practice, adult people (especially men) can choose between 3 choices to continue their adult life (Grehasta). These choices are;
- Sukla Brahmacari, a life to be unmarried.
- Satya Brahmacari, a life to be married with only one spouse.
- Sewala Brahmacari, a life to be married several times with 4 wives at most.

This practice historically made polygamy was very common in Pemecutan especially in nobles and royal families. Commoners were rarely did the practice. As time goes, the practice have been gradually abandoned. In the modern times, Pemecutan married law have explicitly banned polygamy. But in practice, there are always some people that do the pratice secretly.

Polygamy in Sendhang is only legal for Muslims from the state of Putrasia, Alamsunda, and Lemah Banyu under the sharia law of each state respectively.

Polygamy among non-Muslims and the state of Nainhá ID card holders is illegal in Sendhang. There is no sharia law in Nainhá which is predominantly non-Muslim.

Some of the most known mythological creatures in the Samuderan Realm are:

The legend of orang gunung can be encountered along the mountains in the central part of Samuderan Peninsula. Orang gunung are said to be beings that can only be seen by those possessing either magical abilities or spiritual sight, and are often described as beautiful, dressed in Samuderan traditional attire, and nearly identical to human in appearance.
These beings are often blamed for the disappearance of humans up high in the mountains, for they are often invite travellers and climbers to their settlements either out of hospitality or mischief. Because of that, it's necessary for humans who encountered them to reject their offers, or going through certain rituals in order to be protected.

2. Simaung (Weretiger)
Stories about simaung often describe them as "humans possessing great supernatural powers, that enable them to turn of their own will into creatures identical to ordinary tigers". However, this power is not similar to that of magic, as it can only be gained by people with great magical powers who also have happens to have special blood line from the ancient Bethinan priests, who are believed to be the first wielders of this ability. Simaung are believed to be a mediator between human and nature, and their primary role is to preserve and protect nature from human greediness.

The Goji (lit: "Five Heads"), a Hydra-like creature. Hofish Legends states that the Goji was a combined reincarnation of five bandit brothers who worked together to terrorize the land. Deity of Wisdom, Ishizaku, was sent down to deal with the problem, and he did so by offering the beast a large necklace. Each head then struggled against one another, hoping to get more of the necklace for themselves. This caused it to become tighter and tighter, rendering the Goji unmovable, and was promptly slain.

The most famous mythical creature in Eraman is the orang bunian. Orang bunian are invisible to most humans except those with the ability to access the third eye. They are described as very attractive, snow-white, dressed glamorously in ancient style, and look like humans but with pointed ears.

Orang bunian is not a primitive supernatural being. They have a complex social structure. They live more or less like humans in general. They eat, drink, sleep, buy and sell things at the market, get married and have family and even said to have kingdoms.

Orang bunian inhabit the forest and the mountains far from human contact. They are believed to have supernatural powers but are generally regarded as kind to humans. There are lots of good stories about orang bunian such as helping humans when they get lost in the jungle and helping in wars against the orang gunung.

Buaya Putih is the most famous mythical creature in Sendhang. It is said to inhabit Lake Sendhang and the river systems around the country. Buaya Putih translates to the white crocodile.

The legend behind buaya putih is an interesting one. It is said that buaya putih are descendants of a warrior who was feared by the enemy. He is said to be invincible and his only weakness is water. So his enemy drowned him and his wife in Lake Sendhang. They were then sworn to be a crocodile and vowed to kill all the descendants who killed him and his wife.

Buaya putih is still feared by every Sendhangite today. Among the taboos that cannot be violated when going to the rivers or lakes is to fulfill one's desire first. That is, you can't go to the rivers or lakes if you suddenly want to drink coffee before eventually drinking coffee.

Other famous mythical creatures include ebu gogo (leprechaun-like creature) in Nainha, cindaku (weretigers) in Alamsunda, orang pendek (short people) in Putrasia, and ahool (giant bat or flying primate) in Lemah Banyu.
