Moderate Alliance - U.C.E.O.T.W. Defensive Pact

-The Moderate Alliance and its protectorates, which consist of the following: Antifa look Facists, Vault Tec, Diamond City and Dixie.
-United Christian Empires of the West and its dependencies, which consist of the following: United Christian Empires of the East and United Christian Empires of the North.

In this agreement Moderate alliance, M.A., T.M.A. Or the moderate alliance refers to the regions: The Moderate Alliance, Dixie, Vault Tec, Diamond City and Antifa look Facists.

In this agreement the United Christian Empires of the West, the United Christian empires or U.C.E.O.T.W. refers to the regions: United Christian Empires of the West, United Christian Empires of the North and United Christian Empires of the East.

In this agreement the United Christian Empires are represented by Dominant Oppressors, the founder and Imperator of the United Christian Empires of the West (the primary author of this agreement) and Blue carnation, the Imperial Councillor of International Diplomacy of the the United Christian Empires of the West.
And the Moderate Alliance is represented by Christian confederation, the founder and president of The Moderate Alliance.

This agreement shows the good diplomatic relations and friendship between the aforementioned regions and formally declares that both regions will offer aid in the event of an invasion of their sovereignties.

By this both parties agree to offer aid, either militarily or diplomatically, if it is so required and requested. Neither region may refuse to aid the other in this way if another foreign power attacks either region (invasions, etc.). However, both regions reserve the right to refuse aid if either party is the aggressor (invading, etc.). This refusal must however by issued via official telegram from founder to founder.

Both regions also agree to share relevant information with each other if either region catches wind of an invasion plot against either region. No member-nation of either region may assist in the invasion of either region, only in their defensive actions or as a double agent, however such information should be shared between each founder or representative shown in the above section of this agreement. In the shared participation of an invasion, (either aggressively or a liberation operation of a third party) both regions should share battle plans.

In the event of an invasion that could not be repelled, then either party must assist in the liberation/retaking of the other ally region, if the invaded/taken region's representative(s) (as previously defined) decides that they do in fact wish to re-take their region.

If either region wishes to terminate the agreement, negotiations must be carried out via official telegram between the signatories. If either party wishes to restore the terms of this agreement, amend or edit the terms of this agreement or to terminate the defense pact then negotiations must be carried out by the aforementioned representatives. If a representative leaves a region, then a new nation must be added in their place and sign the agreement as well.

Upon signing this agreement by the previously defined representatives, both parties formally and officially agree to these terms and the agreement enters into force.
