My region, Roman Byzantine Union, has now on its chat-server a special channel for allies to assemble within a council and I would like if any of you could assign a trustful Representative for your region to be there, also as allies based on a Defense Treaty or other Mutual Help Deals in NationStates.net
Invitations are sent in game. The diplomats or representatives should present in #foreign-relations before being granted their role in the private channel. However the presence on chat-server is optional.
The presence shall be required regardless of activity to make it easy for any aid/support and for all to keep in contact with each other for anything that matters.
Treaty allies shall be contacted in game if there is any emergency.
This council shall be a necessity to make a real use of the Roman Defense Treaty or of other Mutual Help Deals in the case of any threat or emergency or any other important things in the matter.
