Do you wish to travel within the Dominion?

If so, there exist some laws to protect the delicate nature that is time and they are as follows:

I. The past shall not be disturbed, influenced, or otherwise changed unless unanimous permission is given from the Supreme Executive Council. Such permission shall only be given under circumstances of:
i. Correcting or preventing a disturbance made previously.
ii. Preventing a galactic monumental disaster.

II. You are only to act as a beholder. You can be seen as well, so be aware of your surroundings and what is required. Interaction is only allowed and is encouraged within future travel. However, any knowledge gained of the future will be wiped upon your return to not influence the current path of time. You will remember going to the future and how you felt during your time there, but will not be able to recollect the details of your trip.

III. A time-trackable approved visa issued only by the government of Transtemporal Shifts is required before any trip may be undertaken. Any tampering with the tracking before or after travel in either direction of time will lead to your immediate disapproval or return and possible tribunal.

IV. If any connection to you of unapproved disturbances and/or a causation of a butterfly effect is found, your fate/future and current relation to the Dominion will be privately determined by the Supreme Executive Council.
