It's dependent on how often you use the challenge system. If you don't use it much, your level is just kinda gonna be low.

Holy Bear only appears in our dreams and is made of auroras and light. He transcends time, not exactly being a physical being. When we say nemesis of Holy Bear, we rly mean nemesis of Ursia. Its a metaphor for most Ursians.
