Oh, and do not forget to be easy on the gas pedal when exiting a corner in the Navan. otherwise you will lose control and plow through a field. the triple seat belts and extremely strong windshield will keep you safe from crashes up to a 50MPH head on collision with another car. dont test that if you dont like bruised ribs and vehicular slaughter charges. i never said the other driver would come out unscathed. do them a favor and keep that hard working mother and her 4 year old daughter safe. drive responsibly.

Xorbold, you don't need to vote in the WA if you don't want to (there is no "abstain" button, so instead you just don't vote), but its decisions are binding for any nation who joins them.
Also, WA nations may "endorse" other WA nations in their region. The nation with the most endorsements in the region becomes the "delegate." Most regions have a chosen delegate whom everyone else in the WA must endorse; here it is Stephenese Republic.
Unlike other regions, in Wintreath, the delegate holds little to no actual power, so endorsing him is less important.
"Endotarting" (endorsing every other WA naatgion in your region and getting endorsed back) is fun, and if you receive at least 2 endorsements, you are able technicaally to propose laws for the WA. However, it requires lots of expertise in writing and editing, and you'll need to read lots of other proposals by others and the discussions about them in the game's forum dedicated to that before you will understand how legal writing works here.

So the WA is here to break up the repetitious answering of issues. When I get bored of issues and messing up my nation, I'll probably give it a go unless there is an advantage to joining it early.

Bear in mind that WA Proposals take 3 days to pass, to alow everyone to vote on them. And there can be only 1 proposal up for voting at most at any given time. However, there is a forum where proposals get drafted and discussed before going up for vote.
