The cause of this proposal is abundantly clear. Just recently, Gaymanberg has commited two acts which goes against Article 6 which states that :
"Nations who request membership or who are referred/invited to Atlas must accept that Atlas will take precedence over any and all existing agreements/pacts between outside nations."
and subsection B of Article 6, which states that:
Member nations must not enter into any international engagement that will conflict with Atlas.
His first act was an act of betrayal.. Although Ratburger's plan may have never went into effect, Gaymanberg has deliberately sent confidential Atlas operations to an outside nation, that nation being Ilyavan, which leads to the second act of disloyalty. Although it is perfectly fine for a member of Atlas to form agreements and alliances with nations outside of Atlas itself, it is against Article 6 to treat any outside alliance/nation with precedence over Atlas. Gaymanberg officially stated that he will always be on Ilyavan's side, even if that meant leaving Atlas.
