This incident happened where a Chathaese man was killed. The Ghales and the Maranyelis represent what the separatists have been saying - "a few rich clans from Tamuwan, Sinja, Mahakirat and Liba Hangate holding power over the rest of the federation and doing whatever they wish". The situation has become more and more dangerous with more violence on all sides.

Technical question: how do you add pictures of people to e.g. the TWItter accounts in a legal way ?
(As some of you may have noticed, I never add pictures of people to Nhoor's news bulletins; this is because I had to pay a couple of hundreds of euros a few years ago for having used pictures on one of my websites that I thought were copyright free but it turned out they weren't (but very difficult to detect as such).)

I'm familiar with that one. The disadvantage of that is that you only have one picture of that fake person; I used to link my fictional people to the same real person so that I could vary the pictures with every news article. (And in case of the Nhoor PM, it'll take some clicking before finding a suitable 60 year old woman of somewhat Central Asian characteristics :) )

The Dispatch of the Month is a program launched and run by the Office of Information. As stated before, the program involves the office featuring a dispatch it likes and feels the need to commend. The program was done in order to stimulate regional activity, encourage creativity, improve writing skills, and boost the overall nationbuilding quality.
The following requirements need to be met in order for a dispatch to be eligible for nomination:
Author must be in the region and regional map
Dispatch will have to be posted within the month
We determine the Dispatch of the Month results through a number of criteria. Each are worth 10 points, and the highest total score you can achieve is 40. The criteria are:
Uniqueness: What makes it different from other dispatches and nominees.
Creativity: How original and creative the dispatch itself is.
Visual Appealingness: How appealing the dispatch is.
Information: How informative the dispatch is.
You can also nominate any dispatch (yes, even yours) so long that it meets our guidelines. This greatly helps us reach a larger number of dispatches and possible nominees. However, only the dispatch with the highest total points based off our criteria will claim the title of Dispatch of the Month.

When in doubt, search sites that use Creative Commons/Public domain images. Wikimedia commons will cover a fair bit, and search.creativecommons.org will cast a wider net if needed.
Finding multiple different images of the same person, if not a public figure, might be difficult though.
