Ey man, people can like what they want to like I don't care too much (Plus there are a few good isekais. Like slime and I don't know if you'd wholy consider Konosuba as an isekai as its more satire, but you know, if its not there to make fun of you don't get good satire). And ey, if weebs wanna go overboard I honestly don't care. As a casual fan I don't buy anything or support the industry in anyway other than my subscription to crunchyroll.
