Again, I'd like to reiterate - its a pretend nation game. Please try to pretend to be a nation. Its not a text-dungeon version of Starcraft.
Generally, I would not be so quick to remove a player, but given that none of these nations appear to be main-accounts and I don't have any information on who their WA nation is I'm going to err on the side of caution and just remove them.

But what happens when you have a job and you’re trying to do that? Take vacation days, of course! Every country however has a set amount of paid vacation days, so not everyone is treated equally here. My question to is: What is the average amount of paid vacation days in your nation?
